To prepare the vegan crepes, simply follow the step by step procedure:
Step 1: Put spelt flour, raw cane sugar, canola oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Step 2: Pour the soy milk into the bowl and whisk everything together very well until a uniform mixture is formed 😉.
Step 3: Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes to allow it to rise a bit 🙂 .
Step 4: Now it's getting hot! Heat some canola oil in a pan and pour in a ladleful of the batter. Spread the batter evenly in the pan by gently swirling it back and forth. Fry the crêpe until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. 😌
Step 5: Now comes the best part: fill your vegan crepes with your favorite ingredients and enjoy them warm. Bon appetit! 😋
