Now it's time for the preparation. Cut the vegetables and the soy chicken into bite-sized pieces. 🥕 Dice the bell bell pepper, slice the carrots and divide the broccoli into small florets. Chop the spring onions, garlic and ginger.
Heat the sesame oil in a pan and fry the soy chicken and vegetables. Then add the minced garlic and ginger and fry everything together until it is nice and crispy. 😋
While your vegetables are roasting, you can prepare your Kung Pao Sauce. Simply combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and stir well until everything is well mixed. Then add the sauce to the pan with the other ingredients. Stir everything well until all the ingredients are covered with the sauce. 🍲
