Usually, börek is prepared with feta cheese, but we will show you how to make simply stunningly delicious vegan börek can easily make yourself. 🌽🥕

The Preparation of the börek is so simple that even beginners in vegan cooking can easily cope with it. Take a look at the above Youtube video, to see how it goes.
The first step is to wash and chop the spinach. This then goes into a large bowl. Now chop the tomato and onion and add them to the bowl. Crumble the tofu and add it as well. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika powder and mix everything well. 🍅🍋
Now cut the yufka dough into triangles. Brush each triangle with olive oil, then spread the filling on top. Roll up the triangles into small rolls and place on the baking sheet. 🍆🥔
Spread the rolls with a mixture of soy yogurt and olive oil. If you like, you can also sprinkle the rolls with sesame seeds or black cumin. Now put everything in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees. It is recommended to serve separately soy yogurt as a dip with it. 🍠🥦
